French yoghurt cake

  • 1 tub yoghurt (any flavour works)
  • 1 tub neutral oil
  • 1 tub caster sugar
  • 3 tubs self raising flour
  • 3 eggs
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Tip the yoghurt into a bowl then use that tub to measure all the other ingredients.
  3. Add the eggs and stir well.
  4. Line a small loaf tin and add the mixture.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
