- 1 tub yoghurt (any flavour works)
- 1 tub neutral oil
- 1 tub caster sugar
- 3 tubs self raising flour
- 3 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Tip the yoghurt into a bowl then use that tub to measure all the other ingredients.
- Add the eggs and stir well.
- Line a small loaf tin and add the mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
