best quality dark chocolate

caster sugar

ground almonds

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces (or use drops).
Remove the butter from the heat and add the chocolate.
Allow to rest for a minute.
Stir well.
Mix in the sugar and ground almonds.
Mix in the eggs.
Line a 30x20cm sheet pan.
Tip the chocolate mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake for 25 minutes, until some cracks appear on the surface.
Serve.
