Little Pink Kitchen Brownies

Ingredients

  • 150g butter
  • 150g best quality dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 100g ground almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat.
  3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces (or use drops).
  4. Remove the butter from the heat and add the chocolate.
  5. Allow to rest for a minute.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Mix in the sugar and ground almonds.
  8. Mix in the eggs.
  9. Line a 30x20cm sheet pan.
  10. Tip the chocolate mixture into the prepared tin.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes, until some cracks appear on the surface.
  12. Serve.
